A few years ago, we booked our own trip on the travel web site Travelocity. We arrived in Cancun at 10 PM on a Saturday Evening to find the resort was NOT on the beach as promised, the pool was closed and had green water, the room was full of bugs, the door wouldn't lock and overall it was not even a One-star resort, it was a dump! We called TRAVELOCITY to be told we had to call back Monday between 8am and 5pm to speak with someone. It was very disappointing and ruined our vacation! It was then that we decided, as much as we travel, we were going to open our own travel agency to help others enjoy their vacations, and stay in great family resorts, so that they don't experience what we did!
